The cooking show?

This is one of my most popular family food items... theres never any leftover...

Mascarpone dip with Vanilla baked fruit

What your gonna need...

SOFTWARE

2 8oz Mascarpone
1 lb sugar (white, granulated)
2 vanilla pods
4 tbls spoons heavy cream
White Wine, never cook with something you wouldnt drink
1 tbls butter
Variety of fresh fruit

HARDWARE

Food processor
wire strainer, bowls, spatula, knife

What is mascarpone?

Mascarpone is one of the foods that make the food police quiver and stop dead in their tracks. It is a fresh, very rich cow’s milk cheese — double or triple cream (60% to 75% milk fat) — that is sold in teensy little containers in this country. Its texture resembles a sticky pudding and it is the color of cream.

Here is some links to further definitions of Mascarpone

And what about the Beans?
Vanilla Beans are only second to Saffron as the highest priced spice on earth. I my self do not like vanilla flavored things, like ice cream, lotions, puddings, etc. But when you use real vanilla beans in your reciepe, and you have access to your newly created vanilla sugar, life will never be the same.

Here are some links to all things vanilla bean.

So now you got all the stuff you need, a little bit of background on your ingredients.. now what?

Listen to the podcast to learn the reciepe.
